They better have a fuking slam dunk case is all I’ll say. One that is beyond reproach from partisan accusations. Obviously there’ll be a portion on both sides that have already decided his guilt/innocence and won’t be swayed by the evidence. But there is a tipping point as we saw with the “stolen election” claims where even repubs and trump associates called BS. The bar is going to be set much higher though with criminal accusations. As much as I would enjoy seeing the giant orange turd in prison this sets a dangerous precedent and opens pandoras box.

I think this case is pretty weak, because it's going to basically be a he said/she said situation. I doubt anything comes out of it. I'm guessing he's saying he's going to be charged just for fundraising. He's biggest problem is all the stuff in Georgia. I don't think anything happens there either, though. Worst case scenario he can't put his name on the ballot in Georgia. He would probably lose the general election there, so it's not a big deal.
