OOTB's Political Thread . ..

all he needs for what, an election win? ... didnt work in 2020 and wont work next year either. he is not electable.
You act like this is some major, blatantly obvious "crime", too. Sheezus, man. The political lines are already drawn. He didn't even commit a crime at all to most people. There WAS NO crime as far as most people are concerned.

He's electable. He was elected. And, the 2020 election was stolen and a fraud, don't you know that?

here is what the average American knows: he's the first POTUS in history to be indicted of a crime. that's a stain that will be hard to remove.

if he couldnt beat Papaw in 2020 WITHOUT an arrest record, what on earth makes you think he can win the next time around. you're acting like the indictment is endearing to the average voter. do you hear yourself?

Pro tip for you. Don't open your piehole about things you admittedly have no awareness or knowledge of.
Conversely, you should open your piehole . . . and then pull your warped, shit-stained head out.

You're the resident-moron-in-denial here who thinks every bit of Trump's criminal activity over the past seven years is pure fiction. Even those close and more in love with the man than you don't make such stupendous claims.

How 'effin stupid can you get?!

I don't think any of us are qualified to make that assessment.

There is no such thing as "the average American", okay? What is the baseline you're using for that individual/group (oxymoron). Your perception of "average Americans?" Is that the configuration? That's all you really have. Well... that's biased from the start. There is no such thing as an average American. We're all prejudiced based on our own unique experiences and perceptions.

I've witnessed the man get stronger, more popular and less culpable for anything he's ever done... the more exposure he's given. I see nothing that has changed my mind. I saw the man denigrate war veterans, openly admit to enjoying sexual assault, the list goes on forever. NOTHING has mattered. He's a machine that subsists on being in the public eye. It's like spinach for Popeye.

OK then...tell me what those crimes are and why you think they are crimes, since my original question hasn't been answered. You might also include why you think he hasn't been convicted of any of them.

BTW, I don't think you know what a piehole is. Not surprising, given your tendency to open it without knowing what you're talking about. LOL.

Trump will be charged for similar crimes as his old attorney Cohen. They both should be treated similar.
I'm in shock, you voiced a coherent opinion instead of an unintelligible snippet of verbiage. Well done.

They both should be treated the same regarding the law. How similarly they should be treated with regard to how well they followed the law remains to be seen. Oh wait, I forgot. YOUR interpretation of the law, like that of all Trump-haters, is guilty until proven innocent.

Cohen pled guilty to lying to Congress, and he did so in the face of a huge shitpile full of indictments. As I posted about not long ago, it was the justice system being used as a hammer and crowbar instead of actually providing justice in the manner it was intended to.

All this Trump incident boils down to is bookkeeping fun and games, and I challenge you to disprove me when I say few businesses aren't guilty of playing them. No actual harm to anyone occurred here, and nothing happened that anyone gives a shit about except for TDS victims who see an opportunity to see their insane obsession massaged. But all half of this country cares about is throwing money at problems that money can't fix, and getting Donald Trump. When that finally happens, it will sicken me even more than I already am. Not because I give a damn what happens to Trump, because I don't...but because of what it says about the country that I love and used to respect.

You are seriously underestimating the American political system and the intelligence of the American public.
planet-of-the-apes-charlton-heston.gif

The one thing that DJT needs to get elected and remain in a power role is... ATTENTION! And, the American public has so much of that to offer him that he is set for life. I think his corpse will even get headlines for a few centuries.
No doubt; TDS is just that powerful.

Financial fraud, election fraud, wire fraud, perjury, unlawful possession of government records, obstruction, possibly rape, to name a few.

Your piehole is the orifice from which you speak. For someone who continuously talks out of his ass, like in your case, it's the same thing as your bunghole.

congrats, you just named a bunch of crimes without connecting them in any way to Trump, with the possible exception of the records, which we as of yet don't know how that is going to unfold...we don't know yet that it will be ultimately considered illegal. At any rate, no charges have been filed, but of course that doesn't keep you from considering that a crime. BTW, if he goes to jail for that, guess who he might have for a cellmate.

So, that's exactly what I was saying. Thanks for making my point for me.

So far as the piehole is concerned,

Financial fraud - https://ag.ny.gov/press-release/2022/attorney-general-james-sues-donald-trump-years-financial-fraud

Election fraud - Fulton County, Georgia. Google it.

Wire fraud - https://abcnews.go.com/US/trump-rnc...s-pushing-baseless-election/story?id=75633798

Perjury - Trump's legal efforts to overturn 2020 election results. Google it.

Unlawful possession of government records - Violation of three laws:
Code number 793 - prevents unauthorized possession of national defense information, without mentioning whether the records are classified or not. A violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 793(e), it is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Code numbers 2071 and 1519: make it illegal to conceal or destroy official U.S. documents. They are punishable by up to three and 20 years in prison, respectively. (Neither law requires the information in question to be classified.)

Obstruction - Related to the FBI’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. Google it.

Possibly rape - E. Jean Carroll is seeking charges against Trump for rape and defamation. Google it.

We all know how lax our judicial system can be, especially when it comes to Donald Trump, but any one of the above offenses could put Trump behind bars essentially for the rest of his life. We can all act cavalier about it but I'd bet anything that Donald Trump is losing a lot of sleep at night.

By the way, a little appreciation for helping you with your homework would be meaningful, Boy Blunder.

^^^^^ lol, you're such a dullard. No wonder you have no reading comprehension. You didn't need to do my homework, you need to get your GED.

These are all ALLEGED crimes. I can allege that your boy Joe Biden is a chickenhawk. Oh wait, never mind. He IS a chickenhawk. But he's never been charged, never been convicted, so there's no actual crime that we know of. I can allege that the guy who attacked Pelosi's husband was his gay lover. I can allege anything I want to but there's no crime or proof until the legal system decides that there is. An allegation is just words until the word 'guilty' is officially uttered. Even an indictment doesn't mean a crime has been committed. Same with Trump, chump. The poster I responded to referred to criminal activity. I asked for a rundown of the actual crimes that constituted criminal activity. Neither he nor you have listed any.

You have not connected DJT to a crime, dillweed. The one thing I allowed as a possible connection are those records, simply because they were found in his home (just like with Biden). Yet it is still to be determined if there will be any charges, let alone a conviction.

You as usual are trying too hard, and as usual you have made an ass of yourself in the process. By the way, I set you up for this. I was baiting @blazers but unlike you he was too smart to take it. You I had to school on the legal process once before, when you were trying to say that the trial comes before the charge. What a fvcking dolt, lol. You I can always count on. Setting you up is picking the low-hanging fruit I realize, but it's too hard to resist.

Go back and read your idiotic verbiage. COULD put Trump behind bars. POSSIBLY rape. Hell, possibly I'll shit a decent likeness of you. Oh wait, I PROBABLY already have. LMAO.

How long did you spend typing up this latest round of utter crap, Boy Blunder? Per your usual habit of avoiding the topic, rather than countering these "alleged" charges which you asked for, you instead resort to posting more gobbledygook and denial. It's obvious you refuse to defend charges made against Trump because you're too stupid to figure out how to do it.

You are the epitome of a Trump crotch remora. He spews jizz everywhere and you fall to your knees and slurp it up.

no, retard, for the third time I did NOT ask for allegations, I repeatedly asked for actual crimes...and my words are there to back that up. You ignorantly supplied allegations because that's all you can offer.

I have no need or desire to defend charges. There's a process in place for that and I can only sit back and let it play out like everyone else. Again, all that happened here is that a poster referred to Trump's criminal activity and I challenged him to provide examples. He of course could not and you of course half-wittingly jumped in to fail miserably...and stupidly...as you usually do.

Quit being so obtuse. We both know that Trump has so far eluded being convicted.

Actual crimes, as you call them, are not limited to only those for which convictions have been handed down. Furthermore, you asked me to describe the crimes Trump has committed so I did. You asked for a breakdown of his ongoing criminality, which I also provided. You asked me how all of those crimes were connected to him, and I provided the answer to that also. Yet, all you can then say is, "I have no need or desire to defend charges [against him]."

Of course you don't because, as I said before, you're too stupid to produce an intelligent counterargument.

no, idiot, you gave me crimes that you want to believe he committed. It doesn't take many IQ points to grasp that wanting something to be true doesn't make it true. How ever many IQ points that is, it's more IQ points than you apparently have.

Actual crimes are as you say not limited to only those resulting in a conviction. Someone might commit a crime and be found not guilty in a court of law. Someone might commit a crime and never be charged. A crime may have been committed but until you can provide proof or point to a conviction, you can't say it was. That's why I keep asking for you to give us something that would allow us to say a crime was committed by Trump. Allegations and charges and indictments don't suffice, because if they did they would just skip a trial and deem the party guilty. All you can come up with is the same fail. You fail and continue to fail because you're too dumb to admit that you have no leg to stand on.

And you say I'm being obtuse? LMAO.

have you ever noticed that not all people who are tried end up in jail? You simple fvck.

Do you have the slightest clue as to why they have trials? Like I said, if they know a crime was committed, they could just skip the trial and declare the accused to be guilty, except he wouldn't be called the accused, he would be called the guilty.

Tell you what, just to accommodate your amazingly stupid ass, we'll just start declaring suspected people guilty, arrest them, and throw them directly in prison without a trial and you won't have to try to fathom the concept of justice that is overwhelming your limited capacity to reason out the exceedingly uncomplicated.

Too bad for innocent people but at least then you could comprehend the process. Maybe.

LOL, moron.

@bluetoe would argue that even with undeniable video evidence, without a conviction all you really have is an alleged crime of nature, not an actual crime. After all, the penguin probably deserved being raped for wearing that skimpy tuxedo.

What you are apparently too stupid to understand is that what I asked for IS that undeniable evidence, and you can only stupidly contend that the undeniable evidence and the proof is in the fact that there has been an indictment or even just the possibility of one. That isn't evidence, and that isn't proof, Ricky Retardo.

You can't present any such evidence, so you just flounder around like the dimwitted fool that you are. LOL, I'm getting even more than my money's worth out of you this time. Too easy.

Do you know who you remind me of, Boy Blunder? You remind me of those clueless Trump fanatics that Jordan Klepper interviews and mocks for our daily amusement. Seriously.

Your absolution of Donald Trump for his crimes reminds me of family members we see on the news who claim their relative is innocent despite the fact the criminal has the victim's blood on his hands. Have you no conscience? Have you no brain?!

Dude (and I use the term very VERY loosely) do you just make shitt up on the fly and assume everyone is as fuking ignorant and uninformed as you evidently are? “Charged with offenses not related to trump”? Good lord. Just how fuking stupid are you? Just when I think you’ve posted the absolute stupidest mind numbing bullshit humanly possible you come along and somehow manage to raise (or is it lower) the bar more
He was actually charged with offenses not related to Trump.

Who is the audience taking that poll, and 15% say LESS? That's probably bad news for Trump primary-wise.

Eta: they need a 'same' on that.
Reading might be difficult for you so I don't want to poke fun, but had you read the responses in the thread, you would see a plethora of folks saying that they weren't going to vote for Trump but they will now.

You seem unwilling to admit that people are not down with this bullshit indictment. You're doing everything you can to legitimize it when even democrats have come out and said it's an absurd witch hunt.

There is no one on this board more of a blind follower to your masters than you. You are the sheep that normal people make fun of. You should be proud.

there you go, it always comes sooner or later; a bunch of inane garbage aimed at the opponent instead of the point at hand. Have you no capacity for straightforward, honest admission of failure to win an argument? None at all?

You keep referring to crimes that you haven't even established as having been committed, when establishing those crimes as having been committed is what I'm asking for and all I'm asking for.

Nothing is a crime just because you want it to be, and no argument has merit just because you want to make it look like you've made a point. You have not. You are simply skipping over the posed question and assuming guilt because you apparently aren't smart enough to do otherwise.

Sorry chump, you lose. As usual.

that's what i was trying to explain to @strummingram - but he's convinced himself that all attention is good attention, despite being in unprecedented political waters here (first candidate to be indicted, etc).

Is this where I say something like, "No way, CNN followers answered that way? I simply can't believe it."?
Say whatever you want. I don't think it's far fetched to say republican voters still like Trump, democrats don't and independent voters don't to a lesser degree. People's opinions on Trump are pretty much set in stone at this point. He could go to jail and no one would change their mind. To be honest, I don't think most people are even paying attention. It's just the hardcore people on both sides that care.

Do you honestly believe that independents' support for Trump is unaffected by this farcical indictment? Do you not believe that there are large numbers of independent voters that are not recognizing this for what it is and have become angered by it?
