I had a pro Trump Instagram page with almost 7 thousand followers and I was banned. It was all because I was a very vocal Trump supporter. I followed all of their rules and regs and yet no explanation was given for my account being suspended. Just an email that I no longer was able to post to it. Funny that there isn't any Trump supporters being shadow banned on Social Media accounts whatsoever.........

Yeah, the people making the claim that there's no attack on Trump supporters are completely clueless. Comments are constantly deleted and accounts banned without any kind of explanation.
Lets not forget conservative speech is denied at many universities also. This country has lost its proverbial minds.....Also a new poll that just came out has 56% of millennials and generation Z preferring socialism in America.
We have to do something about the school systems in this country, and soon. My way would be to eliminate the Education Department and return the responsibility back to the state and better yet the local school systems, who have better knowledge of their own. Then again what do I know.....
I am in education and I agree wholeheartedly about doing away with the Dept. of Ed and returning the responsibility back to the local communities.
I have a good friend who is a Principal of an Elementary school in Nash county and she said the federal government has put so many rules on them that its hard to teach the students anymore. She is also for doing away with the Dept of Ed and returning responsibilities back to state, county, and even city oversight.

Those places are all over Florida. Fun fact: the "human trafficking" they talk about happens due to anti-prostitution laws. What happens is that when one of these girls get busted, they bail her out, and then they ship her to a different part of the US to avoid charges. That's why the local cops don't hit the Asian parlors as much. Usually it's the FEDs who drop the hammer on those places.

Serious question for you. What has caused you to turn into the poster that you are today? I remember you used to be the guy who would talk about traveling the world and sharing pictures and stories with us. You used to have a sense of humor about being the guy without a cell phone and would laugh at the jokes about you selling products from the Amish. I can't remember you saying a negative thing back then. Now we never hear anything about you traveling and you've probably become the most negative person on the board. You've even lost all the humor you ever had here. Is it really all just because of Trump? Do you feel like you have some sort of loyalty to Billy and you have to defend and back him up about everything? Maybe you're just having some personal issues you don't want to share with the board. If that's the case, then that's ok. I totally understand that.
Spent a few weeks in Italy last summer and have a trip planned to Ecuador this spring.and yes, I still don't own a cellphone and have never set foot in Walmart. I do joke about Trump a lot but to tell you the truth there really isn't anything funny about him nor the damage he has done to this country. I know you don't see it, my only hope is you and the rest of the 30 something percent of people in this country will before it's too late. Every thing Trump has ever touched (including people) has turned to shit so I guess it's shouldn't surprise anyone that it has had the same affect on OOTB.
What specifically has Trump done that has you so peeved? The only changes I've experienced were because of decisions I made.

I think my posting history shows that I'm not a blind Trump supporter and I'm pretty close to being in the middle when it comes to politics. I'm willing to give the guy credit if he does something good, but I also have no problem calling the guy out if I think he screws up. The fact that I didn't vote for him should let you know that I didn't think he was a good choice to be president, but I don't let him have control over my every day life and how I interact with others. You can disagree with someone and not like what they are doing without becoming angry and impacting your personality. I refuse to give anyone, especially a politician, that much control.
Never been to Ecuador before. My BIL recently retired and bought some land there and is in the process of building a house. He believes he can live much better on his retirement there. I love to travel but have no desire to live outside the US. I live a 15 minute walk from where I took my first breath. I worked for 32 years at a mill that is right across the street from the store. In other words, I don't move much and I don't like change....lol

I think Trump embodies the same degree of divisive rhetoric, behavior, to the other half of the country that Obama had the same effect on.
And, I truly believe that thought is the origin of intent, and intent is the origin of harmful behavior. So, "rhetoric" can have an impact on human life just as much as a bullet piercing skin, or a jail cell slamming-shut. The intent is the key factor. And, of course, that may be subjective depending on who you ask and how much they agree with what he does, says, etc..
No! The problem is that our politics aren’t divisive enough. All the problems that we have now can be traced back to the kowtowing by those that were ‘right’ to all of the infants in the room, in the name of civility. This creeping disease of our politics started the very minute that the republic was established. Enterprising men with avarice and greed in their hearts saw an opportunity to loot the treasury and set themselves up as aristocrats, all in the name of fooling the populace into believing they were ‘there for them’.
