He sent the guy with the best chance to close the deal. Don't get sensitive, I think he ends up a Heel in the end.

According to Clint on the podcast he has no idea and the Wood's family is keeping it close to the vest. Clint did say Woods wants to play fast uptempo but other than that nothing to go on. SoCar could always change the way they play with the right personnel. I wouldn't wager a cent of my money either way. Last pick on Crystal ball was for UNC on 10-21 , 2 picks for SoCar in October all the rest of the picks were from August all the way back to end of 2013. now 1-2-3-4 cue the whining about the crystal ball.
Yeah at this point anyone who says they know anything is guessing. You can try to read into people going to visits, practices, etc. but nothing concrete has come out from the Woods family. Wednesday will be here soon.
Woods isn't picking UNC instead of USCe because of tempo........he's picking UNC because he's been a lifelong fan, and Williams has convinced him that UNC will be avoiding major sanctions.

Folks here in Columbia are scared but feel they have the slight edge right now, based on whispers coming from the school more from students than anyone else. Kid is getting big time pressure to stay and help rebuild that SC program along with Dosier. Really glad to see thew kid seems to have accepted playing the 2 in college, IMO he will have to do that at either school.
He's a basketball player, I expect him to make a few appearances at a school that is both right around the corner from his home and one of his final considerations. His trek to Chapel Hill for LNwR carries more weight to me than an exhibition game thats only 20 minutes from door to door.
I think UNC feels pretty good about this coming Wednesday morning . .

The way I see it is that it's obvious he already knows where he is going and it's obvious to everyone else he knows also. Going to a exhibition game when you're about to break a team's heart just sounds like a real crappy thing to do. I don't think he'd do that.
No it's not a "done deal". I am curious however, that Seventh is announcing, at his school, on Veterans day. Is there any significance to the date of the time? Being Veterans day and schools are not in session...Fed & State holiday for most folks...

Looking at the school calendar, it appears that school is in session on the 11th.

The last part of the post is what bothers me. UNC basketball under Roy has not done anything to warrant any sanctions but he is having to convince recruits that the Heels will be fine. I will be so frikkin glad when other coaches and the media cannot use that crap against us any more
