A van down by the river
It's time for another tournament you never knew you needed. Nominate your favorite condiments in this thread. I've poasted 64 different kinds below to get you started.

There will be no thematic regional groupings for the field. I tried and it was madness. Instead, all condiments will be seeded using an S-curve methodology. The four condiments with the most votes will be 1-seeds. The condiment with the fifth most nominations will be the first 2-seed and be placed in the same region as the last 1-seed chosen (i.e. the condiment with the fourth most nominations), etc. All tie-breakers will be determined by me using arbitrary and capricious methods.

Please copy-and-paste from the list below and then remove any condiments you don't want to nominate. That will make sorting and counting easier. If there are condiments not on this list that you'd like to nominate, please add them at the bottom of your poast.

Deadline for nominations is noon on Wednesday.

FYI - salt & pepper aren't condiments, they are seasonings. I'm iffy on butter too.
The exact definition of what is and is not a condiment varies. Some definitions include spice and herbs, including salt and pepper,[4] using the term interchangeably with seasoning.[5] Others restrict the definition to including only "prepared food compound, containing one or more spices", which are added to food after the cooking process, such as mustard, ketchup or mint sauce.[5]

Did you actually come up with 64 condiments or did you copy and paste from the web? If you did it, then I tip my hat to you good sir. I didn't know there were that many.

Polynesian sauce
Maybe falls under sweet chili sauce?
Also, why are jelly/jam included but not peanut butter?
Are you gonna submit a list or just complain?

I did, and I'm glad at least one person appreciates my hard work.

Mayonnaise is the #1 condiment in America. Maybe you can use it as a lube if this contest goes sideways on you.

@Raising Heel before I vote, just to make sure, are we going with generic condiments, or are we going with specific brands, when applicable? The list seems to be a bit of both. Can I, say, nominate Chick-fil-A sauce and Zax sauce, since those two are somewhat unique?
