It's like this my son is scared of storms he is afraid a tornado is going to hit the house and kill us all. Very unlikely about the same chances the coronavirus is going to kill him. So when we have a storm I can see him getting twitchy I remain calm when he comes to me asking about it and his voice is shaking I remain calm. Even if I'm getting worried I remain calm. I say to him we are fine don't you worry.
I do this for a couple of first off in a time of real crisis it is easier to talk to someone calm than someone that is losing it. The other reason is I want the people I am responsible for to feel secure.
Wording is everything, but then again the media worded it and did just what they wanted to do they had a shit fit all over the TV and panicked the country.
Roy Cooper thats a real piece of work gets on TV and says keep your groups small and avoid large crowds, while we are cancelling golf matches a game that is played outside a game where you if you take the fans off of the course you could walk all day and never be any closer then 10 feet from only one person your caddy!
But yet I loaded my kids up in the car this morning and took them to school to be in a building with 1000 other little nasty snot nose brats that don't wash there hands, pick their noses, touch their face and drink out of community water fountains.
So my question is, is this dangerous or not to dangerous to go to Walmart but not to dangerous to send kids to school.
My point is if it is to dangerous for grown men to play golf or men to play a basketball game in a empty arena then why haven't my kids been told to stay at home? Does their health not matter as much as over paid basketball players?
But hey its easier to push an agenda when the masses are afraid at home with nothing to do, all the TV sports are canceled and all there is to watch is the news that is telling you how bad this is and if they didn't do all this the Coronavirus or new version of the black plague would wipe the world into mass extinction!
Mission accomplished!
