Look at the numbers in Canada, for example. The number of reported cases and deaths are significantly lower than in the USA... but, the fatality rate is 7.3%. The USA is at 3.1%.
Why can't our healthcare be more like theirs?

That's no joke. Strokes effect the elderly in alarming numbers. I'd poast the numbers but I'm not sure how many elderly Americans have actually been exposed to strokes so we'd just quibble about the merits of the stats.
