Unless you are totally blind or just do not want to praise the O line you must admit that the O line sliced and diced the Wake Front most of the game and were instrumental in Chandler and Howell having GIANT games on the ground as they opened hole after hole…

Tucker had some awesome plays, EZ always solid but there were NINE tfls and 3 sacks in this gm, and isn't wake a so-so D nationally? Feels like simple stunts have us leaving a giant gap all gm long.

So it's like all or nothing in terms of productivity.

I wonder how much of our Oline issues is our blocking scheme. We seem to pull guys a lot and leave the defensive linemen unblocked to fly in and tackle RB as he gets the ball.

Well coached OLs that pull a lot do so effectively, meaning the maneuver is executed without leaving gaps for the D to destroy plays. Doing that takes OL team work and OL quick feet.

And timing tween qb/rb

There were lots of times our OL looked like the bigger, more physical group, pushing Wake around, but then there were crappy plays leading to negative yardage. A good OL needs to keep you 'even' or 'ahead' of the chains and keep your QB upright.
