I'm excited but I don't want to see Maye broken in half.I’m ready for Saturday to get here already.
I'm pretty sure it's going to be a long, frustrating day. I'm surprised UNC are 1.5 point favorites.
the Irish should be a safe bet.ND opened as a 6.5 pt favorite so the betting must have pushed the line our way.
No real reason to be surprised. They lost their starting QB and didn't look very good with his replacement last week. Plus it's at home.I'm pretty sure it's going to be a long, frustrating day. I'm surprised UNC are 1.5 point favorites.

Maybe... The UNC offense hasn't played against a defense as good as ND.I think it’s pretty much a toss up. The safe bet would be taking the over
the problem might be a very recognizable one. We score quickly, they get the ball and zip right through our D. We score quickly again, and our porous D gets back on the field again and gets scored on again. We score quickly, and our unrested defense becomes even more porous...and so on and so forth. We can't win an offensive shootout, we have to control the clock to rest the defense and be effective in the red zone when we get there. That's going to take some creativity on Longo's part. Uh oh.Maybe... The UNC offense hasn't played against a defense as good as ND.

That's my concern and it's exactly what I expect to have happen. My biggest concern is ND dominating the LOS on both sides of the ball. Then they end up running all over the defense while Maye spends the entire game running for his life.

Trying to beat Wolpfack baseball.
hate to say it, @uncboy10, but doubts are starting to creep in.
On the plus side, at least Mack finally woke up from his two year nap to get upset at the refs. Not sure how much they showed on TV, but he was going at them pretty hard. Even shoved one of the GA out of the way to get back in their face. Maybe that passion will rub off on the team. The coaching on this team is a joke. 4th and goal and they can't even get personnel on the field.... FFS
WWTD - what would Trubisky do?scarolina just moved up their game to thursday night
Well, since I'll probably be there i would prefer the opposite. It would be SO awesome if they played Saturday and UNC lost... again... due to the weather! I would love that!
Bring a slicker and umbrella.Well, since I'll probably be there i would prefer the opposite.
their offense sucksUNC is a 9.5 point favorite against VPI
I haven't watched VPI this year, but... I have watched UNC. I'd say taking the Hokies and 9.5 is a very safe bet!
Well, they will have a leg-up given our total lack of a defense.their offense sucks
Yeah, definitely going to get a little soggy.Bring a slicker and umbrella.
It's going to drench the whole southeast.Yeah, definitely going to get a little soggy.
The soggier it is, the more likely VPI wins.Yeah, definitely going to get a little soggy.
I don't think it matters either way.The soggier it is, the more likely VPI wins.
Tar Heels are 3.5 point underdogs as of now against the Canes.
I'm expecting another L this Saturday. I just don't think UNC is really that good and the Hokies are horrible. The Hokies are probably the worst team they've played so far.ESPN's FPI is only giving us a 32.8% chance of winning which is significantly lower than we got against Notre Dame.
IMO Miami hasn't looked very impressive so far. But then again neither have the Heels

I think UM could be worse than the ND because it's a road game.
