ETA: I fell for it. Keeping my comments below to own my mistake, but should have known it was fake.

De Santis is making the wrong move there. Bigtime.

He needs to understand he'll get the same treatment and to go ahead and stand up and call out the 2-tiered justice system.

The FBI has become a criminal outfit.

Nevertheless, the FBI must be abolished.

The solution to the abuses we now endure is not just to subject the FBI to another fruitless inspector general investigation but to dismantle it completely. The bureau cannot be the focus of yet another congressional hearing. FBI Director Christopher Wray, like his predecessors, is more than happy to sit smirking while a handful of grandstanding congressmen and senators pound the table and yell on C-SPAN. Then he’ll jet off for a holiday vacation on a taxpayer-funded private jet while the same congressmen vote to increase his budget. Again.

No, the FBI must be rendered into component parts and distributed to the four winds."

lol “broke in the president’s home”
Wasn't he (Trump) asked, numerous times, to voluntarily turn the documents in question over to the archives? I mean... it's not that complicated.

It's a gold mine for donations, apparently. Hire an actor, you get a show!

If you break laws, it's a possibility that the law enforcement may come a'knocking.

For the record, I don’t want the FBI dissolved. I actually really look forward to their corruption once the adults are back in charge.

Loitering ain't what it used to be.

Just like you to pick one word and frame it with misrepresentative action. Truth and common sense has been transformed as well.

I saw a gathering turned into a vehement protest that became rowdy and in places violent, and which then turned into somewhat of a melee (somewhat that is, because if the intentions were worse and the actions planned and coordinated, the result would have been far more damaging). There were no weapons to speak of carried by the rioters and with the exception of several unfortunate incidents, no deaths. Can you even begin to tell me how many times in the history of our country a similar scenario has been acted out? Can you now tell me how many times such a scenario has been purposely mischaracterized as one of sedition and treason by reasonable people?

Can you honestly say, even if you have only an IQ lower than prlyles, that these people were actually trying to act against and overthrow the country? There were a relative handful of all those charged, charged with sedition....and they mostly (AFAICT) belonged to one extreme group.

These people believe that the election was improperly conducted and therefor invalid. They have a point. Their protest turned into an unquestionable riot, but one that has been massively overblown for political purposes. If you think you gave me an extensive listing of seditious and treasonous individuals, you're either just an idiot or the usual virtue-signaling dickhead.

One word is more than you're worth, really. Lengthy op-eds is your thang. They broke the law and I showed you their names.

you said they were seditious and treasonous. Is everyone who breaks the law a traitor, or just those you can virtue-signal over? You are full of shit, which of course is no surprise to anyone.

Well, the ones that were arrested and prosecuted for their actions on January 6, 2021 were arrested and prosecuted for breaking the laws next to their names in the link I showed. This started with you pretending... and still pretending... that the people who committed crimes on January 6th didn't actually do anything wrong. Well, apparently they did, since they were arrested and prosecuted for those crimes. If they served any time, I'm guessing they can bullshit themselves into believing that they're just on vacation.

just like you to lie like a bitch. I said nothing that would make an honest person conclude that I said they did nothing wrong.

YOU SAID you could point to plenty of people who were seditious and treasonous following the words spoken in what you had linked. I said give me some names and you gave me a list of people who by far and away had decidedly NOT acted seditiously or treasonously, and the charges listed on what you linked bears that out.

Keep lying and mischaracterizing what I said. I'll happily keep calling you on it.

I'm sorry... a pox upon me. Treason for you is when Conservatives are maligned politically. For me, it's when the US Government is maligned. But, sedition occurred and an insurrection occurred.

Definition of liar

: a person who tells lies/has a reputation as a liar

the list YOU SUPPLIED as I indicated shows charges as I indicated that are far less than seditious, save for a mere handful...as I indicated. You said you had many names of the seditious and treasonous, and that, as expected, turned out to be bullshit. All the names you supplied aren't traitors or seditious just because you need to say so.

Keep lying, and I'll gladly keep calling you on it.

And, insurrection is treason, to me.

At this point, more than 725 people have been arrested in connection with the Capitol riot. At least 165 have pleaded guilty — 145 of them to misdemeanors and the rest to felonies.

So just to be clear

the classified docs the fbi planted were declassified by trump before they were planted. Also there was only one box of top secret classified docs that were declassified. So that’s not as bad. Anyway trump took them home to study them. The ones planted. Oh wait I mean before they were planted. Also obama took nuke docs home first. So there.

Yes repub hypocrisy is hilarious. As is the notion you dolts thought I didn’t know it was fake. It says it’s fake in the comments I posted. I said it was fake immediately after posting it in my post to @UNC '92. The only one that fell for it was your cuddle bug @randman1.
I do like the meme though. It’s a pretty accurate representation of me watching the orange turds ass get handed to him. It’s like Christmas.

Good. Carry on fellows.

So @gunslingerdick whats your take on your lord and savior and the secret docs? Seems you haven’t enlightened us on what really happened. Were they planted? Declassified? Taken home for study? We need to know dude!! I know it must be hard not knowing which lie to peddle.

You really don’t know how this all works do you?

That's enough for me!
and that, as expected, turned out to be bullshit
Here are 11, from just one group:

and I mentioned that group as being the mere handful that were charged with sedition conspiracy, and said as far as I know that's pretty much it. What else you got, trying to wiggle out of being full of crap.

But they were mislead. The notion it was invalid or improperly conducted didn't have any truth to it. And after all the Court cases and lawsuits were over and done with, there was nothing to be done. Instead, they tried to prevent the peaceful transfer of power.

Why do you think they were trying to barrel their way inside? To say hi? Imagine if they'd gotten their hands on Pence or Pelosi or any of the Congressmen. The entire motivation was to keep Trump in office.

So while the crowd itself wasn't super armed and not exactly a threat in terms of the ease of which they were swept aside once the national guard showed up, to say their intentions were anything but malicious is to ignore the circumstances surrounding that day.

Pretty much it? They weren't arrested for spitting on the sidewalk. Trying to downplay their intentions is your choice.

if you don't want to bother keeping up with the entire string, please just kindly STFU. I have said over and over that it was the setup of the election that was invalid. Whether a court found no fault or not is irrelevant. I am not referring to cases of fraud that would be detected as or after the votes were collected but rather in the manner in which the votes were allowed to be collected.

Who cares why they were trying to get inside? There's no evidence that there was an organized plan to disrupt or overthrow the government. All you can see, with very minor exceptions, is an angry crowd that got out of control, a situation that has occurred more times in our history than anyone here can count. Only a complete moron wouldn't recognize in him/herself the desire to subjectively paint some situation a certain way in order to focus hate on it as you are doing, or to virtue signal as @strummingram is bent on doing at every opportunity.

And their intent was malicious? Really? Well good job Sherlock, you've uncovered the underlying impetus, the motive....which was...wait for it, this is blockbuster stuff here...anger. Holy shit, halt the presses. People acted maliciously because they were angry. First time in human history that has happened, I'm sure of it. I dare anyone to give an example of anyone ever having acted maliciously out of anger before J6. Good job CB.

and again, all your lying ass has to offer is to mischaracterize what I've said in order for you to not look like the idiot you are. I have factually referred to the very link that you posted in order to substantiate my claims, and you are stupid enough to try to say I'm downplaying something. The fact is, you outed your own bogus claim with your own link, and now you are trying to keep from looking like the fool you made yourself out to be. And I'm loving it.

ETA...just for clarity, I should point out that when I said that was 'pretty much it', I was referring to the fact that only handful were actually charged with any kind of sedition out of the hundreds that were charged with nothing of the kind. Of course, @strummingram knows that and is twisting the verbiage to indicate that I meant that sedition was like spitting on the sidewalk. @strummingram is not honest.

You are downplaying it. Your whole participation in this exchange is to constantly downplay it. That is all you have done in post after post. Resorting to dragging-in a tired strawman like "people have been acting-out maliciously when they're angry throughout our history." Big fvcking deal. You know how many times American citizens violently stormed the US Capitol in order to keep a president in power (or any other reason)? Once... one time... in our nation's history. It happened on January 6th 2021. And, it was in large part due to the liar-in-chief, DJT trying to run his eternal con as far as he possibly could.

I have downplayed nothing. YOU have constantly tried to dodge the fact that you said you knew of many that were seditious and treasonous, and then provided a link that indicated nothing of the sort. You provided a list of hundreds in answer to being asked for the names of the seditious and treasonous, yet that list only gave something like ten that were charged accordingly....and I honestly acknowledged those ten.

I am on record here as saying that the rioters should be punished according to the severity of what they did, just as I believe all rioters should be. This isn't about my attitude toward rioters ,whether they rioted at the Capitol or in the streets of L.A. or wherever. It's about your spurious argument that the rioters at the Capitol were greatly seditious and treasonous, in spite of proof indicating the opposite, provided by you.

I'm just only too happy to point it out when someone like you steps back in their own shit while virtue-signaling in overdrive.
