I hope things work out for Storm, and wish him well. But this served to remind me once again of how many in the portal never find a place to land. No football, no education. Truly sad.

He could, if UNC wanted to take him, but as I understand the transfer portal rules, since he has already transferred once (and used the immediate-play provision), he would have to sit out a year at any school (including UNC) that took him now (unless there was some "mitigating circumstance" that caused him to leave Penn State).
