Appreciate everything he has done for UNC and the program. He took over at a time when he was much needed in Chapel Hill.

But now's it time to re-energize the program with a new coach and new approach. Better guard play, improved defense and a diferent approach to recruiting.

Let's step back from the ledge.

One, the "scandal" has taken its toll and football and basketball recruiting and will continue to do so until the NCAA makes a ruling. The NCAA isn't going to do anything, but they are purposely taking its time to make a decision because it knows it is hurting UNC by being silent.

Two, Roy was significantly OUTCOACHED last night, no denying that, but who would be better for this program at this point? No one I could think of, just end up like UNC did under Doherty.

At some point the players have to be held accountable. I coach kids in basketball, and there is very little you can do if the players don't listen and / or execute.
