C'mon, Brooks. So weak with the ball. That is the first thing we need our bigs to do. Get stronger with the ball and with their body position.
Berry has let Bowman get a couple of good looks and now he is feeling it. Would rather never help of Bowman. Give up a dunk before you let him get going.
Maye is absolutely on fire though. Just killing it. Good half overall. If it wasn't for a few missed layups game would be over 20.

Yeah, just weather the first few minutes and I think they'll cool off. I hope
I don't think one of their second half looks has been contested yet. If we are going to switch in this lineup then everyone has to switch, which is what they usually do. They are trying to talk through the switches. Guys are too quick and good for that.

Was nice to see a turn around game. That game last night shows what potential we have. Maye just flat out balled last night. He looked jacked up for that game. Definitely moving up the list on my all time favorite player. To me he is a clear definition of what it should be like to play for UNC. Goes all out and takes advantage of every chance he gets to play. Perfect fit for us.
Solid game. Thought we played well except for the first few minutes of the second. I'm glad Maye broke out of his slump, but I'm still a little worried that it might not have been a slump. I'm wondering how much of that had to do with level of competition. Hopefully he can continue to play strong against higher quality opponents.
Gminiski made a pretty good point during the game, which is that Luke has played himself to being the 2nd priority on the scouting report (behind Berry, I assume) for opponents. He's going to have to bring his best effort every night, and even then it may not be enough in some games.
That's ok as long as we can pull off the upset.
imo, that ain’t good for this roster at this time... he can be neutralized rather easily sometimes.

I really love that kid and his effort, his whole presence. He is the epitome of "will it into reality." However, as you said, his uniqueness can be a liability. He's not a natural. But... then again, it might also be something that teams are unable to pinpoint and neutralize, or at least struggle with it, simply because of his unique style and presence. He's an anomaly. I'm not a basketball strategist like many people here. I'm not as familiar with the details of playing the game. I just know he's one of those "can you believe what this guy has become?" stories. And, I'm thankful it happened on our team.
