U cant prove someone knowingly gave u herpes. Its too easily transmitted. And besides you’re not LEGALLY required to divulge u have herpes to a sex partner. Doesnt mean you’re not a pos and u could face civil suits. But If thats all this is felton could fight it and stay. My guess though is now he wants to be as far the fuk away from chapel hill as possible and unc is more than happy to oblige. Verdict: no charges but he leaves school without any specefic details as to why released by unc or the team.

You are legally required to divulge you have an std if you know you have it.
Apparently this varies state to state but in most cases you could be charged with a crime for not informing your partner you have an std before having sex with them.
Yea but theres lots of contradictory info about if herpes is classified an std since evidently mose cases are transmitted other ways than sex. Cant find anything in nc law about if they consider it one.
Looks like Felton will indeed be OAD. And that brings me to my bet with @tw3301. I am amending our bet or calling it off. If Nas Little comes to Carolina, and ends up giving some girl the herp and is kicked out of school after one season, that does not count.

Most cases of herpes are oral herpes which would explain that. Genital herpes is a totally different beast. Most adults have some variation of oral herpes. Can't say the same about the downstairs version
A lot of people here know a lot about STD's and STD laws. Just an observation.
I'm a lot more worried about the sexual assault allegation than the std one. Seems like the university acted swiftly and judiciously though so I don't think the program or university should have any concerns. If it was handled correctly then Carolina could even be held up as a model of how other schools should handle these types of situations.
