2-2 what now

Trevor has been mistake-prone this season.

Venables will have the defense in prime condition. I just hope there aren't any new injuries.

Clemson 42 UNC 14

A scary thought here. You are right, Trevor Lawrence has not been at the top of his game yet this year. Against Charlotte it is hard to know if he was going to be the Trevor Lawrence we saw last year, as he was pulled with 12:18 left in the 2nd quarter. But with how Clemson is ripping teams this year with a 70 to 80% (60%?) of his ability, and with J. Ross not quite playing his best at WR either (dropping passes he normally does not), if things come together this week, plus with the injury issues that UNC has, this game could get ugly quick. So hoping that Trevor Lawrence does not play well and makes mistakes, well...that is already the case. Trevor's game can (will) only get better, as well as Ross'. And now with Amari Rodgers returning sooner than expected from his ACL injury, well need I say more?

One good thing here is that Mack Brown and Dabo Swinney are the best of friends, and they are in a very good and well respected circle of friends. Dabo will call off the dogs early if it gets ugly. UNC fans will get a chance to assess our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th string players, which so far to date have played relatively well, but this will also allow UNC some success late in the game to add total yardage and some points, which will help their confidence for the next game. For that reason Clemson may not cover the point spread.

2-3 is next. Clemson probably names the margin. After that, who knows. Got to get some of those injuries healed. Not the deepest team in the world. Win the games you can win and don't sweat the others.
