How do we match-up against Washington?
Depends on what team shows up for them I suppose. If they play their A game, and we play our B- game, I still think we win. What little I saw of them today, and against Oregon in the Pac 10 tourney, they aren't an overwhelming great team. I think just barely in RPI top 50.

I know this would never happen, but what would it hurt to start Nas now? It seems like we should start our best 5 players, and I just feel more confident that Nas is going to give us another explosive scoring option, and is a better rebounder and offensive finisher than Brooks (and is way better in the paint than Luke right now, and is a better rebounder per minute than Luke it seems).

If they are going to keep bringing Nas off the bench, it should never be later than 4 minutes into the game, and I absolutely think he needs 25-28 minutes per game minimum, unless he is in foul trouble.

I’m guessing Roy likes his spark off the bench. Brooks will be a fine player but I’ve never seen a post player at UNC miss so many dunks and lay ups.

Yeah I kinda like that too. As long as our starters don’t start as poorly as they did last night, we can usually wear the other team down a bit... AND then we bring a lottery pick off the bench. Who else can do that?

The takes on Nas and the draft on radar are interesting. There are actually some people over there who have some basketball knowledge, but apparently they don't want to use it when talking about Nas and the NBA. Maybe it's because of their general distaste for the NBA.

That pittsburgh heel dude is an odd one.

i’m a little nervous because of our starts...i guess auburn would really cause me some concern because of slow starts.

admittedly though, i’ve seen nothing washington husky all year.

I like watching Bill Walton, so I have seen a few WU games. The most recent, when they lost to Oregon, wasn't that impressive. I think the quality of teams in the ACC is MUCH better than the Pac12. So, UNC should be much more seasoned and they have the talent. It's just a matter of executing your game. The Heels are favored by 10 1/2 points. So... this SHOULD be a comfortable game. Ya just never know in the NCAAT.

should i be concerned about a girl swinging in a swing for almost three hours(started at 2:35) across from this house i’m in?

either it’s a ghost only i can see or this 20 year old is a first timer.

Auburn scares the crap out of me. I just hope that they are due for a down game.

Watching them last night, they just couldn't miss. But they also played total matador defense in the second half, and can make a lot of dumb decisions.

Here is hoping they get the cold shooting night that they are due. I am glad we have five days to prepare for them. Now, I'm going to see what tickets costs to see if roadtripping is viable.

I suspect all those inbred hillbilly redneck fans have swiped up most of the tickets to KC.

I just bought a couple tickets for the first sessions (Friday, then lets see if we get to stick around) in KC on Friday. So my 14 year old son and I will road trip it - about 6-7 hours from Mpls to KC, but will be worth it to see them play and cheer them on.

Go Heels
