Roy can't hold Kay's jock strap and it's a ****ing shame..
Year in and year out Kay kicks roys ass and Roy SEEMS ok w that. I'm disgusted but not the least bit surprised.
Unless he carries us to a title this year, I better not see anymore Berry comparisons with Felton or Lawson. No doubt he's a good player, and I still like him, but he's not in the same league as those two. Not by a long shot.
This isn't even a rivalry to me anymore. I expect to lose to these clowns every time nowadays.

Yo, I'm one of like 7 or 8 poasters in this thread who called out Berry all game. I also praised him when he had a three-minute stretch where he was really good. Get off my nuts.

It's frustrating because it's really that simple. We did everything needed -- included overcoming missing Hicks who we really could've used and also getting good contributions from our bench -- and simply couldn't make gimme FTs. Regardless of how it happened though, K has dominated Roy (in terms of W/L) and it's very frustrating.
True. But every time (that I saw) a questionable call went against us Roy would just slap his knee and laugh it off. I swear to god he could not care less about losing to dook in the regular season.

He also does pretty good for us in March and April when it counts.

I chalk it up to him being a disciple of DES and therefore tries to never show his ass.
It's hard to say something needs change when we keep dominating in the NCAA Tourney. Just for whatever reason, Roy cannot beat Duke. I know that isn't the ultimate goal but holy shit it would be nice to at least go .500 against them.

There is nothing that I saw tonight that makes me think duke is better than we are or that they are better built for a run to a title than we are. They shot the lights out. That's their m.o....at home...especially against us. We'll beat them soundly at our place. We'll lose only one more game (at UVa), and we'll share the regular season championship with FSU but get the #1 seed.
Good game to duke. They shot well and we didn't make as many outside shots. We missed Hicks and I do think he would have softened things up a little but not sure he gets us the win. They just shot it well. I'm looking forward to the rematch.
