Unfortunately, I don't think the officials are allowed to judge when the contact occurred on replay, only when the whistle blows. I'm assuming the official didn't blow the whistle until the clock read 0.

Yeah, hard to see how they can look at the replay and not see when the foul happened. Not the reason we are getting worked though. Just beaten on both ends.

Yeah, I think you are right. Just figured it would be clear there has to be a delay in terms of when the foul happens and when the whistle blows so they could consider that. They obviously can't happen at the exact same time.
